Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligibility

  • The phone case must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as received

  • Protective films, packaging, and accessories must be intact

  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery

  • Personalized / custom phone cases are non-returnable, except in cases of defects or errors caused by us


Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made phone cases

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items with signs of use, damage, or missing packaging

  • Cases ordered with incorrect model or personalization details provided by the customer


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear images or videos (required for damaged or defective items)

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If Approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

If Rejected:

  • The item will be shipped back to your original address


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect phone case, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
Eligible cases will receive a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable


Exchange Requests

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested phone case model or design is unavailable, we will offer:

  • A full refund, or

  • Store credit
